Needed a toilet fixing. Had a couple of quotes from companies. Ryan was most thorough when quoting, initially providing two and explaining what would cause the cost difference. Asked for photos to help. Ended up being the cheaper of the two (which came in at half the price of the other company's quote). Turned up on time, comms were good, explained the fault and fixed in a timely manner. No issues at all, and would happily use again for future work.
